We are pleased to announce that Ph.D. Nicolas Hlad is joining our team as R&D Engineer.
Nicolas will work for Carl Berger-Levrault on the site of Perols. He will be in charge of the migration project of the Carl Touch Android application. The application is currently build in a monolithic architecture and we want to transform it in a distributed architecture app according to the MicroApp principle. This project aims to improve the maintainability of the application with this new architecture more friendly to evolution.
Nicolas holds a Ph.D. in software engineering. Its thesis is about the automatized creation of softwares product line. Basically he worked on an approach to allow developers without particular skills in product lines to create one.
He also worked as a teacher at the University of Montpellier where he taught about multi platform programming, C programming and software’s product lines.
